In short
HOOLUA Labs is a global Web3 growth agency. We help crypto and Web3 projects turn launches into users through five pillars: Clips & Short-Form, Creator Performance, AI Search & Creative, Paid & Proof, and Launch & Listing Growth. Operators lead every engagement, AI speeds up research and production, and results are reported on sign-ups, deposits and active wallets instead of impressions. Engagements start with a GTM Teardown, scope and pricing are agreed in writing, attribution is live before any spend, and you get a written report every week.
How an engagement runs
-
GTM Teardown
Send your launch plan, deck or website through the contact form or to hello@hoolua.com, and write TEARDOWN in the message. You get a written teardown of your narrative, distribution, AI search visibility, paid and attribution readiness and launch timeline, with the top three fixes. It carries no obligation.
-
Scoping call
A call with the decision makers to agree goals, target markets, the launch date if there is one, what you already run, and the outcome you want to buy: sign-ups, first deposits, active wallets, holders or AI citations. If another kind of partner would serve you better, we say so on the call.
-
Proposal by agreement
A written proposal with scope, deliverables, the metrics we will measure and report, timeline, team, the agency fee and any separate working budgets for creators, clippers or media. Pricing is by agreement and depends on scope; we do not publish prices.
-
Kickoff
Access, brand and claims guidelines, the approval flow for public content, reporting cadence, owners on both sides and the first two weeks of work, agreed in one session.
-
Attribution set up before spend
UTMs, unique links and codes per creator and clipper, sign-up, deposit or wallet events, and a holder snapshot where relevant. No creator, clipper or media budget is spent before tracking is live, so every result can be traced to a source.
-
Weekly reporting
A weekly call and a written report at creator, clip and channel level: what ran, what it produced, cost per outcome and what changes next week. Launch weeks get a daily report. Budget moves toward what converts, and every engagement ends with a final report and a plan for what to scale or stop.
AI speeds up research, drafting, clip mining and creator matching. People approve every brief and every public post, and the client approves public content before it goes live.
What we do not do
- No paid listings. We do not sell or broker exchange listings, and we do not offer exchange introductions as a service.
- No price promises. We do not set or promise token price, FDV or trading volume targets. Where we report trading volume, we say plainly that volume is not revenue.
- No guaranteed results. We do not guarantee views, users, deposits or AI citations. We commit to scope, effort, measurement and honest weekly reporting.
- No undisclosed paid content. Every creator and clipper brief requires clear disclosure of paid content, in line with guidance such as the FTC influencer disclosure guide and the ESMA finfluencer factsheet. Briefs also exclude price predictions and guaranteed-return language.
- No fake engagement. No bought followers, bots, raids or engagement pods.
- No token sale ads where platforms ban them. Paid media promotes a live product through certified accounts where a platform allows it, never the token sale itself.
The five pillars
GTM strategy and BD sit inside every engagement. The work itself runs through five pillars, alone or combined.
Clips & Short-Form
We turn one source, such as an AMA, a founder session or a launch stream, into a library of short clips and distribute them through curated, verified clippers in your target markets. Every link is tracked and reporting is screened for bots, so you see verified views by country, clicks and sign-ups instead of raw impressions. Entry offer: Clip Sprint 14.
Creator Performance
We shortlist creators by audience overlap, design the offer with you, and pay for outcomes such as sign-ups, first deposits or active wallets. Unique codes and links attribute every result to a creator, and the creators who convert get rebooked. Fit and authenticity matter more than follower counts. Entry offer: Creator CPA Pilot.
AI Search & Creative
More users now ask AI assistants which project to use. We measure how often your project is mentioned and cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, fix crawler access, schema and content gaps, and create citable assets. On the creative side, AI produces ad variants for testing and helps match creators to your audience. Entry offer: AI Visibility Audit.
Paid & Proof
Paid campaigns on ad channels that accept certified crypto advertisers, with attribution from click to deposit. Budgets move every week toward the placements that convert, and reporting stays close to activation and retention, not vanity dashboards.
Launch & Listing Growth
TGE and exchange listing campaigns: sequencing, narrative, lead traders and streamers, and exchange and launchpad partnerships. GTM strategy and BD run through the whole launch, so product, growth and partnerships pull in the same direction.
Entry offers
Fixed-scope ways to test the fit before a larger engagement. Each one is scoped and agreed with you in writing.
| Offer | Length | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| GTM Teardown | First step | Send your launch plan or website and get a written teardown: narrative, distribution, AI search visibility, paid and attribution readiness, launch timeline, and the top three fixes. |
| Clip Sprint 14 | 14 days | One source content pack becomes a clip library, distributed by verified clippers with tracked links, with a day 14 report on verified views by country, clicks and sign-ups. |
| Creator CPA Pilot | 21 days | A creator shortlist scored by audience overlap, offer design, unique codes and two to three waves, with a creator-level report on cost per sign-up, deposit or active wallet. |
| AI Visibility Audit | 10 days | A query panel across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google AI Overviews, a competitor comparison and a crawler and schema check, ending in a prioritized fix plan. |
Launch & Listing program
For teams with a live product and a dated TGE, token sale, CEX or DEX listing, mainnet launch or major unlock. The program runs for 4 to 6 weeks, and launch week is always anchored to the real event: if the date moves, the program moves with it.
| Phase | When | Focus |
|---|---|---|
| 0. Launch readiness | Week 1 | Launch audit of narrative, site, docs, socials and AI answers; attribution setup; creator and clipper shortlist; content capture plan; claims checklist with your legal team. |
| 1. Pre-launch build | Weeks 1-2 (to week 3 in the 6-week version) | Founder content turned into a clip library, first clipping and creator waves focused on the product, AI search fixes, waitlist or registration funnel, launch-week run of show. |
| 2. Launch week | Week 3 (week 2 in the 4-week version) | A launch war room with same-day clips, creators on unique codes, live sessions where allowed, certified paid for the product where platforms allow it, community support and daily reporting. |
| 3. Post-listing retention | Weeks 4-6 (weeks 3-4 in the 4-week version) | Rebooking only the creators who converted, clips on product use, holder and trader activation with anti-sybil gates, day-7 and day-30 cohort reads, final report and scale plan. |
Scope options are Core (4 weeks), Plus (5 to 6 weeks) and Full (6 weeks plus an after-care option), priced by agreement. KPIs such as verified views by country, sign-ups, first trades or deposits, new holders, cost per outcome and cohort retention are measured and reported every week, never guaranteed. The checklist behind this program is public: see the TGE and listing marketing checklist and the guide to post-listing marketing.
Terms and confidentiality
Payment and scope
Terms are by agreement, typically with an upfront portion before kickoff. Creator, clipper and media budgets are separate from the agency fee, agreed in advance and reported line by line. Scope changes, renewal and cancellation are set out in the written agreement for each engagement.
Confidentiality
Launch dates, tokenomics, listing plans, metrics and anything else you share before it is public are treated as confidential and used only for your engagement. We do not publish client names, results or materials without written permission.
Contact
The fastest way to start is the contact form. You can also write to hello@hoolua.com. Tell us where you are in the launch cycle, or write TEARDOWN to request a GTM Teardown. HOOLUA Labs works with Web3 teams globally.
